Back on Track

Willie Nelson had a hit song titled “On the Road Again”.  Well, Norma’s exam this week resulted in being on the improvement road once again.  The CT Scan and MRI were both positive.  Although taken somewhat earlier than usual, the MRI showed reductions of cancer in her brain.  Also, the CT Scan indicated the chemo pill was holding things in check, with even some further reductions.  These reports provided a real positive boost for Norma and us all.

At present, Norma is feeling the effects of the radiation treatments and will continue to do so for the next few weeks.  These side effects vary for everybody, so predicting a return to her previous condition is still unknown.  But, Norma and all of us are very positive she will return in the near future.

Currently, Norma is talking only to family as she works her way through the radiation side effects.  Your thoughts and prayers for her are extremely important to her and she looks forward with great anticipation to your e-mails and cards.

We cannot begin to thank all her supporters who have been such an inspiration to her on this long tough journey.
